1. Partner Agreement

By registering as a partner, you agree to represent IndoHRM products and services professionally and ethically.

2. Commission Terms

Commissions are paid based on verified client payments. Commission rates and eligibility periods are set by IndoHRM and may be updated with prior notice.

3. Confidentiality

Partners must maintain confidentiality of client data, pricing information, and internal business processes shared by IndoHRM.

4. Code of Conduct

Partners must not engage in misleading marketing, unauthorized discounts, or any activity that damages the IndoHRM brand.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Outstanding commissions will be paid per the agreed schedule.

We collect personal and business information necessary for partner registration, commission calculation, and communication.

2. Data Protection (UU PDP)

Your data is processed in accordance with Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022). We implement encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

3. Data Usage

Your information is used solely for partner portal operations, commission processing, and relevant communications from IndoHRM.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Your Rights
